TL;DR — We do not run our own servers or collect personal data ourselves. No accounts, no email signup. The app stores your language preference and puzzle history only on your device, in iOS UserDefaults. However, this version (a) shows advertising delivered by Google AdMob (Section 3.4) and (b) sends anonymous, gameplay-only product-analytics events to Google Firebase Analytics (Section 3.5) and Mixpanel (Section 3.6) — for example "a Quiz round was completed" or "the player reached level 3". These events contain no personal data (no name, email, or contact detail). Premium (a one-time purchase or a subscription, billed by Apple) removes the banner and the between-rounds interstitial. Rewarded video ads for in-game hints remain opt-in for everyone, Premium included.

1. What we collect

• We — the developer — do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information. We do not ask for, receive, store or transmit:
• Your name, email, phone number, postal address, or date of birth.
• Your photos, contacts, calendar, microphone, camera, or health data.
• Your precise location.
• However, the third-party SDKs in the app transmit data to their respective companies as described in Section 3. Most notably: Google AdMob (Section 3.4) receives advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data when you see ads; and Google Firebase Analytics (Section 3.5) and Mixpanel (Section 3.6) receive *anonymous, gameplay-only product-analytics events (which game mode you played, win/loss, quiz score, hints used, level reached, whether a purchase succeeded) together with the pseudonymous device/app identifiers those SDKs use. These analytics events never contain your name, email, or any contact detail, and we use them only to understand which features are played and to improve the app.

2. What stays on your device only

The app saves the following to iOS UserDefaults (a private, sandboxed local store on your device):

• Your selected language.
• Your selected game mode and difficulty.
• Your league filter preferences.
• The list of player IDs already used in today's puzzles (to prevent duplicates).
• Whether you have completed the onboarding flow.
• Whether you currently have Premium access (cached locally; the source of truth is Apple StoreKit).
